Description

The T-7A Red Hawk is a single-engine training aircraft jointly developed by Saab and Boeing. It replaces the Northrop T-38 of the United States Air Force as a training aircraft for prospective fighter pilots. The maximum top speed is about 1300km/h with a service ceiling of about 15,000m. The AMXPIanes model is a detailed replica of this jet and is delivered as ARF model with drive and servos. The 64mm impeller with a 4S LiPo battery with approx. 2600mAh produces a thrust of almost 1:1 with an outstanding. turbine-like sound. The built-in 12-blade impeller is perfectly balanced and does a fantastic job in conjunction with the 40A Hobbywing controller. The model has very good flight characteristics and is easy to fly even for less experienced pilots. Hand launching is just as easy as launching from short grass or a hard runway. The max. flight time with the suggested 4S LiPo with 2600mAh is about 5-7 min, depending on the fight style. The landing speed is very low and therefore this great model is also very suitable for smaller places. The model is delivered in a sturdy cardboard box with a laser-cut polystyrene core that holds every component of the model securely in place. All the small parts needed to build the model are included. All servos, the impeller with brushless motor as well as the controller are already installed and wired. The main wing is simply screwed in place, the tailplane is glued in place with a foam adhesive (not included). All that is needed is a radio control system with at least 4 channels, a receiver and a battery to complete the model.
