Welcome to the adventurous world of RC flying!

This HobbyZone AeroScout Mini RTF is the little brother of the AeroScout S. The big version is the Start2RC favourite when it comes to a beginner's plane, and as is the case with brothers, this AeroScout Mini has adopted many good features. It is suitable for beginners, and its small size makes it ideal for flying in smaller environments, even large sports halls.

Why is the AeroScout Mini suitable for beginners?

Safe & super strong design

This device is made of high-quality, hard foam and can therefore take a beating. Due to its low weight, it won't break down easily on a hard landing, for example. In addition, the design has been chosen so that the flying characteristics feel very stable, predictable and pleasant, which is ideal for beginners. Please note, however, that due to its small size, this Mini version is somewhat less suitable for flying in strong winds.

Safe, it certainly is! HobbyZone chose to place the electric motor with propeller behind the cockpit. This makes the plane very safe to handle and also suitable for younger pilots! The large wheels and steerable tailwheel also ensure that you can take off and land on many surfaces.

Fun first

The powerful and efficient propulsion system gives you a long flying time of up to 10 minutes from one battery charge. When you have mastered the AeroScout Mini, the engine even provides enough power for light aerobatic manoeuvres (loops, rolls, upside down flights). This way, you will have hours of fun with your plane and it is the ideal stepping stone to the next challenge in the sky.

Are there any additional requirements?

RTF - Ready To Fly: this complete package contains everything you need to start flying: AeroScout Mini (with all equipment already installed), transmitter (remote control), battery + charger and manual.

Start2RC Tips: this is useful to know!

• Buy an extra battery (or two) to make the most of your free time; that way, you can already charge the other battery while you continue to fly!
• If you want to recharge your batteries faster than with the standard charger (RTF version), you should buy a separate charger. These can be found from €44.95 and are a must if you have several planes in your fleet later. Charging is also best done in a LiPo Safe Bag, safety first!
