With the Futaba R7108SB Futaba offers a particularly light and small receiver with telemetry. Its narrow construction makes it ideal for use in narrow hulls. In addition, he has optionally installed the FASST transmission protocol and can easily be switched on the receiver!

At ports 1 to 8 analog or digital servos can be connected. To enable shorter response times, the servo output signal for digital servos can be changed to 6.3 ms (instead of 16 ms for analog servos). The PWM ports can be switched so that channels 9 to 18 can alternatively be used on the ports.

Up to 18 programmable S.BUS servos or other S.BUS components such as gyros, flybarless systems or governor can be connected to the S.BUS port (port 8). All S.BUS servos are digitally addressed and can be connected with a single servo cable (3 wires). Although 4 servos are installed in a wing, only a single servo cable goes into the wing. So the complete wiring remains very simple and clear. If analog servos are to be used on the S.BUS, they must be connected via a PWM adapter.

The R7108SB has antenna diversity. The receiver constantly compares on which antennas the better signal is present and switches at lightning speed to this.

S.BUS2 sensors can be connected to the S.BUS2 port. They transmit up to 32 telemetry records. The receiver has a built-in telemetry transmitter that transmits data to the transmitter (FASSTest only). Thus, the measured values ​​can be displayed on the transmitter or output acoustically. In addition, the receiver automatically transmits always the voltage of the receiver power supply (voltage sensor is integrated) and the signal strength.

ATTENTION: The receiver supports HV (High Voltage) and can be powered directly from a 2s LiPo battery. Always make sure that the connected servos are designed for HV!
