With the innovative PICHLER SUPER BOARD you have the opportunity to build your own models according to your wishes. Whether it's a glider, R/C model plane, vehicle or stationary model, the SUPER BOARD is the ideal material. PICHLER SUPER BOARD is more robust and tear-resistant than EPP and has an even smoother surface than DEPRON.

SUPER BOARD is supplied sorted, securely protected and packaged in flat packs.

Material thickness 1 to 2mm is ideal for indoor mini models up to approx. 30g

Material thickness 2 to 5mm is used in particular for indoor model aircraft up to approx. 200g

Material thickness 5 to 8 mm is ideal for indoor parkfly models up to approx. 500g

Surfaces

The PICHLER SUPER BOARD is super smooth and bright white on both sides. It is manufactured to be as light as possible, as its main purpose is the construction of model aircraft. The individual boards are cut out of a foamed block in the factory using an ultra-sharp blade. This results in top quality "as if from a single mold". If you look very closely, you can see a very slight "ice crystal" look in the surface.

Processing

The PICHLER SUPER BOARD can be easily cut with a router, laser, hot wire or a sharp knife or fretsaw. UHU por, hot glue or superglue can be used as an adhesive. The material can be painted or varnished, e.g. with PALETTI spray paints from EXTRON, acrylic paints, watercolors, felt-tip pens and wax crayons. Of particular interest is its outstanding suitability for digital printing. The PICHLER SUPER BOARD can also be thermoformed very well. The material can be heated and permanently bent using a hot air blower.
