DELIVERY

We recommend that you group your purchases in one order.

We cannot group individual orders, shipping costs are charged for each order.

Our system is fully automated, making it impossible to adjust orders or add articles afterwards.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping in 24 hours : Product is available from stock

Shipping in 1-4 days : We order 2 times or more / week from this supplier, so if in stock from our supplier we can ship in about 3-4 working days

Shipping in 2 weeks : We order about every week - 2 weeks from this supplier, so if in stock from our supplier we can ship in about 1-2 weeks

Shipping time on demand : We don't have stock and also our suppliers don't have stock or this is a product with possible longer delivery time, please call or mail us for more info

the delivery times are indicative, we are always dependent on our suppliers, transporters, customs etc.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for following countries:

From €150 in Belgium

From €200 to Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and France

Free shipping will be calculated at check out, note that there can always be an extra fee for large and heavy goods.

 

HANDLING FEE

For orders under € 25 we are forced to charge a handling fee of € 5 for handling and packaging your order.

If your order contains items of 1m long such as rods, tubes or balsa boards, this handling fee will be charged up to an order amount of 36 €

 

LARGE AND HEAVY GOODS

We have an additional fee for large and/or heavy goods. Depending on the size, weight and amount of items this fee go up with steps of €20.

The fee will be calculated in your shopping cart under the "handling fee"

Shipping carrier for this goods is GLS.

For this shipments there is no tracking code. Because of many subcontractors that GLS uses, tracking is moslty inacurate and delayed.

Therefore we have chosen to not provide this tracking code.

 

EUROPE

For all normal size packages in Europe we use as carrier DPD.

After postage you will receive an email with your tracking code, this tracking code will be also available on your account.

 

SWITZERLAND, NORWAY, LIECHTENSTEIN, MONACO, SAN MARINO, VATICAN CITY & ANDORA

Because these countries are not in the EU, we are forced to charge an extra fee of €30 for customs declaration.

These fees will be calculated at check out.

 

WORLDWIDE

Because of many different situations, shipping of orders outside Europe can't be calculated correctly beforehand.

After placing your order you will be contacted for shipping costs. If shipping costs are higher than your expectations, canceling the order is always possible.

All payments will be refunded. You can contact us for an estimate before placing an order at info@aerobertics.be

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We always try to pack your order with the greatest care!

Always check your shipment immediately upon receiving it.

In the case of damaged packages with visible transport damage, you must notify the carrier when accepting the goods and indicate that the damage has been determined before opening or refuse the shipment outright.
If necessary, check the contents for completeness and damage in the presence of the carrier.

Claims for damage or missing content later than 7 days after receiving cannot be processed because we cannot enforce our own claims against the transport company.
