De Zero is gebouwd met volledig composiet "Sandwich Technology" en bevat de lichtste constructie die ooit voor deze prijs is geïntroduceerd.

Geschikt voor een verscheidenheid aan motoren, 75-100cc (mono of tweecilinder), 90cc (3 cilinder radiaal - De Saito FG90R3 3 cilinder radiaal past in de motorkap) of elektrische 80-100cc motor (Hacker Q80-7M on 10s)
