De RV-8 70cc FLS (FeatherLite Series) is een 35% schaalmodel van de beroemde experimentele Van's Aircraft RV-8. Ontwerper en wereldkampioen Quique Somenzini heeft een compleet nieuwe benadering gekozen met het ontwerp van de RV-8 70cc FLS. Een massief airframe, met meer dan 2000 vierkante inch (130 vierkante dm.) vleugeloppervlak, dat komt op 23 pond (10,4 kg) vlieggewicht, biedt zo'n ongelooflijk licht geladen airframe, het voelt alsof je vliegt iets lichter dan lucht. Koppel de extreem lichte vleugelbelasting aan de belangrijkste ontwerp- en geometrische details van de meester zelf, en je krijgt een vliegtuig met een ongelooflijk vliegbereik.

Samen met het ongelooflijke airframe-ontwerp van de RV-8 70cc FLS, is het ook ontworpen om meerdere power-systemen te accepteren, met inbegrip van 60cc elektrische setups die u toelaten om overal te vliegen van 5 tot 8 minuten op een typische 12S Li-Po setup! We mogen ook het zweefvliegklare airframe niet vergeten! De optionele RV-8 70cc FLS Float Set bevat alles wat nodig is om het op het water te krijgen, en is ook beschikbaar om uw RV-8 70cc FLS 'kleurenschema te passen.

Dit is een vliegtuig dat je echt zelf moet ervaren, en als je dat eenmaal hebt gedaan, zul je er snel een aan je hangar toevoegen! Van zijn waanzinnige stabiliteit bij loopsnelheden met de flaps naar beneden, tot klassieke 3D en precisie aerobatic manoeuvres, de RV-8 70cc FLS heeft de vlucht prestaties en veelzijdigheid die is voor elke piloot, van vrijwel elk vaardigheidsniveau.
