De Mamba 120 combineert een lichtgewicht, modern ontwerp met de nieuwste 3D/aërobatische biplane kennis van Quique Somenzini. Ervaring en intense aandacht voor elk aërodynamisch en geometrisch detail maken een tweedekker-ervaring mogelijk die nergens anders beschikbaar is!

Beginnend met een Model 12, officieel gelicenseerd door Jim Kimball Enterprises, heeft Quique Somenzini verschillende wijzigingen aangebracht om het ontwerp verder te verfijnen en verder te perfectioneren als een 3D aerobatisch model.

Lichte vleugelbelasting en een absolute minimale controlekoppeling zijn de sleutel tot geweldige 3D-prestaties en de Mamba 120 blinkt uit op dit gebied. Jarenlange F3A en 3D biplane ervaring maken Quique uniek gekwalificeerd om de Mamba te ontwerpen en verder te verfijnen om precies goed te kunnen vliegen.

• Laminated carbon fiber, fiberglass, plywood and balsa structure keeps the model lightweight, yet incredibly strong.
• Horizontal stabilizers are easily removed and the elevator servos are mounted in the stabs - no flying wires and no linkages to disconnect for transport
• Airfoiled tail surfaces provide enhanced flight performance and strength
• Interplane struts are quickly assembled or disassembled thanks to the retention pin design.
• Carbon fiber landing gear included in the box
• Two piece cowling for easier engine access
• Pre-cut engine baffling for the DA-120 is included
