Premium odourless medium-viscosity (alkoxy cyanoacrylate) high-strength adhesive for modelling and general use. Supplied in a bottle with a clog-resistant application tip.
The medium viscosity, medium instant adhesive is ideal for bonding absorbent and non-absorbent materials that adhere well together. Bonds wood, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, cork, paper, excellent for bonding polystyrene foam…
Typical application method: glue is applied to one of the touching surfaces and the parts are immediately pushed together, but glue can also be applied to the joint of well-fitting parts pushed together.

Recommended activator/accelerator: for polystyrene foam 5MB15PT-28 ZAP Foam Kicker activator STYRO. For organic solvent-resistant materials KAV9977 KAVAN PRO CA spray activator 150ml
Recommended adhesive/debonding agent: for polystyrene foam - none. For organic solvent-resistant materials KAV9979 KAVAN CA adhesive remover 20g.
Removing excess uncured adhesive: cloth or paper towel moistened with acetone (if the materials to be bonded resist it).
Thinning the adhesive: if the instant adhesive thickens, this is a sign that it has already partially polymerised and lost its original properties - no "thinning" can bring it back.
Use as a sealant, suitable fillers: microballoon filler KAV9980 CA KAVAN.
Suitable for bonding: softwood and hardwood, chipboard, plywood, metals, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates, glass and carbon fabrics and fibres, polystyrene foam and many other plastics.
Not suitable for bonding: polyethylene, Teflon, silicone.
Storing: in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dry and dark place (at +2 °C to +10 °C). Do not expose to temperatures below +2 °C.
Shelf life: under proper storage conditions, we guarantee a shelf life of 1 year in the unopened original packaging, while maintaining the above product properties.
The product is not classified as dangerous within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
