The 'first generation' Funcub Multiplex was an easy, light, agile and pleasant machine to ride, and a great success.
The FUNCUB Next Generation (NG) is a completely new machine, which takes up and improves on the qualities of the previous model, and adds a number of new features:
The new wing (1.41m span, in two parts) is now guyed for greater rigidity and lightness, and easy to attach using the Multitool supplied.
The new landing gear features robust welded-steel double legs.
The new fuselage is designed around a fiberglass square which takes up all the main structural stresses: the engine mount, the propulsion bag-holder with its quick strap, the reinforced main gear mount and the strut bases are directly attached to this high-strength spar. FUNCUB is stronger, stiffer and more reliable over time.
Easy access to the battery pack.
The tow hook (optional HS-65HB servo) can be fitted at any time.
The two HITEC HS-65HB elevator and rudder servos (included in the RR version) are direct-drive.
The four aileron and flap servos are HITEC HS55+ long-cord servos (included in the RR version).
Seaplane fans can complete the configuration with the optional set of floats and accessories.
The powerful motorization included is generous! Motor: brushless ROXXY BL Outrunner C-35-42-930kv, Controller: ROXXY BL Control 740 S-BEC, Propeller: 13x4.
