History :
The P-26A Peashooter is an early American monoplane fighter aircraft developed by Boeing in the late 1930s. Known for its distinctive, angular design and fixed landing gear, the P-26A was one of the first all-metal fighter aircraft used by the U.S. Army Air Corps. It featured a radial engine and a relatively high speed for its time. Though it was quickly surpassed by more advanced aircraft, the Peashooter holds a special place in aviation history for its innovative design and role in the transition to modern fighters.
