This RC model reproduces the first generation (T1) of the Volkswagen Type 2 van marketed in 1950, also known as the Volkswagen Bus. Production continued until 1967. The faithfully reproduced body is mounted on an M-06 rear-wheel-drive chassis, just like the real vehicle.
- The 23-window body of the Type 2 T1 meticulously restored in polycarbonate.
- Bumpers, lamp housings and side mirrors are all added.
- M-06L long-wheelbase chassis (239mm)
- Rear-mounted engine, rear-wheel drive, longitudinally-mounted battery pack and radio control components on both sides for optimized weight balance and low center of gravity.
- Wheels with chrome center caps.
- Type 540 motor and inverter included.
