At Aerobertics, Xoar PJWWI is one of the world's first wooden propellers for gas engines. Xoar PJWWI beechwood propellers are manufactured to the highest standards, combining excellent craftsmanship and technology. Xoar PJWWI is specially designed and manufactured for gas flight, using top-quality German beech wood for its excellent physical properties in terms of elongation, breaking point and distortion rate, thanks to its heating process, to provide a strong yet lightweight propeller.
The unique aerodynamic blades are shaped to produce high efficiency and stability compared to commercially available plastic propellers. Each Xoar PJWWI propeller is handcrafted to maintain excellent static and dynamic balance to minimize vibration, resulting in high efficiency. Lightweight propellers put less strain on the internal gas engines and deliver precise performance when maneuvering, turning and slowing down quickly. The Xoar PJWWI propeller also offers amazing flight endurance compared with plastic propellers, thanks to its robust blades and light weight.
Each Xoar propeller is hand-finished to a perfectly smooth and balanced surface after CNC processing. During the coating process, two coats of primer and two coats of gloss protection are applied to prevent corrosion. Once again, each Xoar prop is manually rebalanced. A spot check was carried out on each batch by randomly selecting a number of propellers and placing them on the actual engine to check rotational balance and silence.
Applicable motor type: gas engines
Note: It is advisable to check propeller balance before flight, as external factors such as temperature and handling during transport can cause propeller balance to vary.
