Teil-Q Support WingFix PLUS (noir)

Description

The dimensions of the WingFix PLUS model stand are approx. 80 x 44 x 19 cm (LxWxH) without ears. The ears can be turned so that the full support can be used. When the ears are in a vertical position, the clear dimension is approx. 40 cm. On a keyboard stand this results in a working height of 93 cm.

The WingFix PLUS is the larger version of the WingFix model stand and is suitable for larger gliders and motor models. The slightly lower working height also results in better accessibility to the model with larger fuselages and improved stability in conjunction with the keyboard stand.

All the experience gained from previous products has been incorporated into the design of the WingFix. In combination with a keyboard stand (28 - 30 mm tube diameter) it becomes a convenient mounting aid on the flying field.

To achieve the widest possible range of use, the adjustable ears that hold the model can be adjusted in a wide range from 10 mm to 40 cm. Oblong holes are provided for this purpose. Threaded inserts are screwed into the adjustable ears. To fix the ears, they are clamped with ergonomically shaped wing screws with plastic handle.

The two central clamping screws and the clamping strips provide a durable connection between WingFix and keyboard stand. After loosening the screws in the connecting part, the WingFix can be easily mounted or dismounted.

The WingFix is also suitable for the safe transport of larger fuselages in the car and as a model stand for tinkering on the workbench at home.

In order to further increase the range of possible uses, holders are already provided for additional trays, transport handles, small feet, additional fixing options and drink holders.

To ensure the widest possible range of applications, the following options are integrated:

- Stepless height adjustment ideal for scale gliders and other models with a narrow tail.

- Surface holder for secure holding of smaller models in windy conditions and as a set-up aid for surface mounting

- Storage for small parts and tools incl. magnetic holder

- Central clamping allows stable connection to the keyboard stand as well as easiest assembly and disassembly.

- Narrow center section to provide sufficient space for landing gear of motor models

- Hooks for the storage of handheld transmitters

The wooden parts are CNC milled from high quality and stable 15 mm birch multiplex. The plug-in system makes the model stand additionally stable and it is therefore easy to assemble.

The wooden parts are glued with 3 mm self-adhesive rubber at the support points, so that the model is held securely and is not damaged.

In the Black Edition, the wood is additionally coated with a 240 g/m² phenolic resin coating, which makes the model stand particularly durable.
