Pichler Plug Mold 10X
The Extron Plug Mould 10X allows you to mould "handles" onto the 10 most popular model building plugs. Made from CNC machined aluminium, the Extron plug mould is durable.
The application is very simple (see pictures). All you need is a standard hot glue gun. 1.
1. wet the inside of the plug mould with a commercially available release agent, e.g. wax spray, WD40 etc.
2. insert the plug or socket with the cable already soldered on into the mould and close it with the upper part of the mould
3. press hot glue into the central hole until it swells out at the side outlet holes.
4. after a short cooling down period, remove the plug from the mould and remove the sprue with a sharp knife - finished!

ATTENTION Please avoid short circuits! Fire and explosion hazard! The aluminium plug shape is conductive! Solder only currentless cables.
