The 1:8-scale ALLRock H8E Pick-up Crawler combines high-quality technology with robust construction and precise handling for challenging crawling. The brushless FOC motor/speed controller combination, featuring intelligent torque management and a chip-controlled sensor system, enables exceptionally responsive handling and precise control of the drive power. The chassis, with its low centre of gravity and large, front-mounted battery compartment, further enhances its climbing capabilities. The H8E is supplied as an ARTR version, complete with an interference-resistant 2.4GHz radio control system.
To ensure durable and precise power transmission, the drivetrain and gears are made from steel or robust metal alloys. The fully ball-bearing-equipped chassis features portal axles at the front and rear for greater ground clearance, nylon-reinforced axle housings, stainless steel struts for chassis bracing and a 5 mm aluminium frame. The crawler tyre and rim combination ensures high grip on a wide variety of surfaces. The differentials, which can be locked individually via the remote control, allow precise adjustment of traction to suit challenging driving conditions.
The latest-generation, selectable 2-speed gearbox is made of metal and is controlled by a 17g servo. A 17g servo is also available for the differentials. A powerful 35kg steering servo with a metal gearbox, steering damper and partially metal housing ensures powerful and precise steering. The ESC’s adjustable BEC output voltage of 6V or 7.4V allows for the use of additional components such as high-voltage servos or a cable winch. The ESC can also be programmed via Bluetooth using a smartphone app for Android and iOS.
Thanks to IP67-rated water protection, the H8E is designed for off-road use and a variety of outdoor conditions. The magnetically attached body is additionally secured at the front with a locking screw, whilst also allowing easy access. The LED lighting, which can be switched on and off via the remote control, expands the range of applications in low-light conditions. The H8E thus offers a comprehensive range of features, designed for durability and challenging off-road driving, for model builders aged 14 and over who value high-quality materials and precision engineering.
