Propeller Selection Guide
PropellerBatteryApplicationRecommendation
| GWS 7×3.5 | 2S LiPo | Indoor aerobatics, lightweight scale aircraft | Recommended – published test data |
| GWS 8×4 | 2S LiPo | Larger, slower-flying models | Load test required |
| GWS 9×5 | 2S LiPo | High-load applications | Load test essential |
| GWS 7×3.5 | 3S LiPo | Higher RPM applications | Not recommended without verified current and temperature testing |
Aerobertics recommendation:
For lightweight aircraft and small balsa RC conversions, we recommend starting with a 2S LiPo battery and GWS 7×3.5 or 8x4 propeller. This combination offers excellent thrust with relatively low current consumption.
