The model was designed on CAD by an aerodynamicist, so the wing geometry and the wing profile have been individually aerodynamically calculated and represent the optimum for this size and weight. The fuselage is a full composite construction made of GRP with carbon fibre reinforcements, the wing joiner is a solid rectangular carbon fibre connector. The wings are manufactured in a complex full CFRP composite sandwich shell construction and a fine 50g/sqm glass fibre is used as the first covering layer for a perfect surface. All parts are painted white in the mould with 2K paint.
The model is delivered with a high degree of prefabrication. All rudders are pre-attached and designed as elastic-flaps with gap-covering lips on the wing. The wing and tailplane screw connections are finished, the control horns are already glued and the servo mounts are partially installed or are included as milled parts ready for installation. The cockpit is finished with seat pan and instrument panel, the canopy is fully fitted and equipped with the bracket. The model is suitable for the installation of a Tobcon retractable engine, a retractable fan or an FES engine.
