The Beetle comes as a complete RTR (Ready-to-Run) package, including the model, 2.4 GHz pistol-grip transmitter, rechargeable battery and USB charging cable.
The large pistol-style transmitter is comfortable and easy to handle, making steering and throttle control particularly intuitive. Thanks to the proportional control system, both steering and throttle react smoothly to the movement of the controls, allowing precise manoeuvres rather than simple on/off operation.
Two selectable speed settings let you adapt the model to the driver's experience, making it an excellent choice for beginners aged 8+ as well as experienced Beetle enthusiasts.
Classic looks, modern RC fun
Under its unmistakable 1950s-inspired bodywork, the Beetle features a 2WD drivetrain powered by a 130 brushed motor. Treaded rubber tyres provide good grip and predictable handling, while the electronic brake adds additional control.
With a top speed of up to 10 km/h and a driving time of approximately 20 minutes, the Beetle offers plenty of fun before a recharge is required. The 3.7 V Li-Ion battery is neatly hidden in the front compartment beneath the bonnet, keeping the classic exterior clean and authentic.
And when the sun goes down, the working LED headlights and rear lights add another touch of realism.
