The original Ultimate 300 KS kit was developed by our team with a clear focus on precision pattern flying and dynamic 3D performance. While the first version already delivered excellent flight characteristics, we recognized its limitations when pushed to the highest levels of competitive aerobatics.
To take things further, we partnered with renowned Italian pilot Sacha Cecconi, and together with our pilot Marek Plichta, we developed the Mk2 version—a refined evolution built on the strong foundation of the original design.
What’s New in the Mk2?
The Mk2 introduces several key improvements that significantly enhance both precision and agility:
Optimized Wing Geometry The gap between the upper and lower wings has been reduced, and the engine axis is now perfectly centered between them. This results in improved balance and more neutral flight behavior.
Massively Enlarged Ailerons Ailerons have been increased in both chord and span across all wings, with over 60% more total surface area compared to the original version. The result? Outstanding roll authority and incredible responsiveness—especially noticeable during demanding 3D maneuvers such as harriers.
Weight Reduction with Increased Strength Despite a lighter overall structure, the wings have been reinforced with a new wing spar design, allowing the aircraft to withstand the stresses of aggressive 3D flying.
