Modelcraft Depth Gauge with Protractor
When two surfaces are at any angle other 90 degrees the angle between them can only be measured with a protractor. The Model craft version incorporates a depth gauge which is marked in both metric and inch scales.

You will be able to tackle most measuring jobs using a steel rule, an engineer's square and a scribe tool. There are certain tasks which require more precision. In these circumstances a set of divider callipers, micrometre or Vernier callipers will usually offer the accuracy you require.
