The transmitter is the handheld controller you use to operate your RC model. It sends commands to the receiver, which then controls the servos, ESC, motor, steering and other electronics. Our range includes transmitters for air and surface, with options from 2 to 24 channels.
Choosing a transmitter
- Channels: Choose enough channels for every function in your model.
- Protocol: The transmitter must be compatible with the receiver, such as DSMX, FASST, S-FHSS, FHSS or ExpressLRS.
- Stick mode: Check whether you need Mode 1 or Mode 2.
- Telemetry: Allows information such as battery voltage, temperature and signal strength to be shown on the transmitter.
- Ergonomics: Consider the transmitter’s size, weight, display and whether you prefer sticks or a steering wheel.
- Receiver included: Some transmitters are supplied with a compatible receiver, while others are transmitter-only.
