Ecotop Baron – RC Scale Trainer (Beginner Friendly Classic)
The Ecotop Baron is a faithful replica of the famous RC aircraft designed in the 1960s by Christian Chauzit. A true icon in aeromodelling, this model has become a benchmark for flying clubs and beginners, while also remaining a favourite among experienced pilots competing in the renowned “Coupe des Barons”.

Model Overview
Originally designed as a 2-axis aircraft, the Baron’s success led to multiple evolutions, including 3-axis configurations. The Ecotop Baron retains its iconic multi-spar wing structure, with a slightly reduced dihedral, allowing stable flight in both 2-axis and 3-axis setups.
Designed primarily for electric power, it can also be equipped with a glow engine using the optional conversion kit.
