Skill Level 3 – Experience Required
Skill Level 3 aircraft, like this one, are suitable for more experienced RC pilots who already have the skills to assemble, set up, and fly similar class models. This PNP version requires more experience and skills to assemble and fly than the BNF Basic version because you will need to install a receiver that does not already include properly tuned AS3X+ and SAFE Select technologies. You should have the experience and skills necessary to assemble and successfully fly models like the E-flite ElectroStreak 1.1m, Sportix 1.1m, Conscendo Evolution 1.5m, 1.2m to 1.5m warbirds, 64mm and larger EDF, or other similar class models before attempting to fly the V1200 1.2m PNP version.
Smart Technology
The V1200 1.2m is equipped with an exclusive Spektrum Avian Smart ESC that can provide a variety of real-time power system related telemetry data including overall battery voltage and more – with Smart and non-Smart batteries – via compatible receivers (including the AR637TA+ installed in the BNF Basic version) and Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6 to 20, iX12 to 20 and others) while you fly.
Versatile Brushless Power
The V1200 is factory-equipped with a high-power brushless power system that gives you the option to choose just how fast you want to go. Simply drop in a 4S 3200mAh to 5000mAh battery to reach level-flight speeds up to 110+ MPH with the included APC 10x8E propeller and aluminum spinner. Or, to go beyond that and reach top speeds up to 140+ MPH, install a 6S 3200mAh to 7000mAh battery-no modifications or upgrades necessary!
Functional Features
Operational flaps offer improved slow-flight capability and performance while also making it possible to take off and land in shorter distances and at slower speeds. Larger, more durable and reliable electric retracts with sprung wire struts make it possible to fly from a variety of surfaces including pavement, dirt and short grass.

Easy Assembly
No glue is required for assembly and you can have the V1200 ready to fly in less time than it takes to charge a battery! With a total of six screws, the stabs and the one-piece wing bolt into place and can easily be removed for convenient storage and transport.
Plug-N-Play® Completion Level
The Plug-N-Play (PNP) version comes out of the box with a factory-installed power system and servos that are ready to connect to the compatible receiver of your choice (sold separately), plus the transmitter and battery you provide (also sold separately). Simply install the receiver, finish any final assembly, and fly!
