FMS 1/6 Suzuki Jimny LJ1 – Officially Licensed
The Suzuki Jimny is a legend among off-road vehicles. Compact, lightweight, and affordable, it carved out a unique niche by proving that capability doesn’t always come in a large package. Its story began in 1968, when Suzuki acquired the Hope Star ON 4WD from Hope Motors. Just two years later, the LJ10 made its debut—a 600 kg off-roader powered by a 359cc two-stroke inline twin-cylinder engine, laying the foundation for the Jimny legacy.
Now, FMS proudly brings this history to life with the 1/6 scale officially licensed Jimny LJ1. More than just an RC model, it’s a faithful tribute to an icon of off-road history, combining scale realism with rugged performance.
Authentic Scale Detailing
The Jimny LJ1 comes with exceptional attention to detail:
Metal beam non-load-bearing chassis with leaf-spring suspension and universal joints, staying true to the original design.
Soft rubber-wrapped seats with cushion-like softness, foldable for use with 1/6 scale driver figures.
Functional rear cargo space with a large bucket area, fold-down tailgate, and right-opening spare tire carrier—ideal for adding scale accessories.
Smart Engineering
Under the hinged hood, the motor, ESC, receiver, and battery are neatly integrated, making the power switch and maintenance both easy and convenient. The black adjustable anti-roll bar also provides flexibility for part upgrades and customization.
Lighting & Effects
Headlights are set to always on by default, enhancing realism.
Reserved positions for front and rear turn signals, as well as taillights, allow for easy lighting upgrades.
Performance
Despite its scale detail, the Jimny is no shelf queen. With a top speed of 15 km/h and a control range of up to 80 m, it’s built for enjoyment both indoors and outdoors.
