Proven Mechanics – Optimized for Sport Flying
The M2 V3 Sport retains the high-quality mechanical foundation of the PRO version:
- Precision machined 7075 aluminum motor mount and main shaft housing
- Carbon fiber side frames and brackets
- 4 mm hardened steel main shaft supported by precision ball bearings
- Aluminum tube tail boom with carbon vertical stabilizer

The flybarless rotor head is CNC machined from high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy, with blade grips designed as true miniatures of full-size RC helicopter grips — complete with bearings and damping rings.
The geometry has been optimized for extended cyclic and collective control range, delivering smooth yet precise response.
Direct Drive Brushless Power System
Simplicity and efficiency define the M2 V3 Sport mechanics:
- Sunnysky® R40X-3 brushless outrunner motor driving the main rotor directly (no gearbox)
- Sunnysky® R13X-3 brushless motor directly driving the optimized lightweight tail rotor
This direct-drive system eliminates traditional issues such as stripped gears, slipping shafts, or slider binding — resulting in lower maintenance and higher reliability.
The slightly heavier main blades compared to the PRO version improve stability, making the helicopter more predictable and confidence-inspiring for progressing pilots — while still allowing aggressive 3D maneuvers.
Smart OFS3+ Flight Control System (with Built-in ELRS)
At the heart of the helicopter is the new OFS3+ smart flight control unit, integrating:

Important Pilot Notice
The M2 V3 Sport is a true collective pitch 3D helicopter. It is not a self-hovering drone.
