To place a pre-order, you must be logged in to our website. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here. To place a pre-order, simply order the product as you normally would. Once the product arrives, we'll ship it to you as soon as possible.

To place a backorder you must be logged in. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here. When you view the sold-out product, you can add it to your shopping cart. Once you order and pay for this item, it will be placed on backorder. This means it's reserved and will be available to you immediately upon the next restock.

If you order multiple products that are not in stock, we will wait until everything is available and then send everything at once.


Placing a backorder does not guarantee you will have the item at the next restock. For example, if a product has 8 backorders, we will try to order 8 items. If we can only order 5, the first 5 backorders will receive the product and the last 3 will have to wait until the next restock.

You can see the stock for each product on the website, when a product is in stock you can order it.

When a popular product is out of stock, you might have to wait for several restocks. We do everything we can to process all backorders as quickly as possible.

You need to be logged in to be able to place a backorder, when you are you can just order it like a regular product.

All orders will be sent with a valid invoice/receipt of purchase. Enter your VAT number in your information, and you will have a valid invoice that you can use in your company.

The prices on the Aerobertics website all include VAT.

Payment

When paying for your order, you will be taken to the Checkout page. Here you can select “Redeem gift voucher” at the top. Enter your code and enjoy the discount!

We issue promo codes on special occasions. These usually give you a certain percentage discount on your order. You enter the promo code on the shopping cart page. This way you can see how much discount you will receive. Certain products are not eligible for a discount, such as certain brands, second-hand items, and products that are already on sale.

Yes. With Multisafepay or PayPal, you can reliably, safely and easily pay for online purchases. Multisafepay is the system that links you directly to your own internet banking program for an online purchase. In order to make use of Multisafepay, you do not have to register, download any files or make an account. If you use internet banking from ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS or SNS Regio Bank, then you can pay directly with Multisafepay. You then quickly and easily make your payment is the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank. Pay the way you’re used to! You can also pay via PayPal with your own PayPal account.

Returns

We credit the amount back to your account within 7 to 14 working days, counting from the day that we receive the return whole and unused.

The reconsideration period is fourteen (14) days. Within that period, you can review the products. If the products do not suit you, you may return them within the 14-day period in the original packaging and without damage. If you wish to send back the purchased goods, you bear the expense of the return sending. We are happy to discuss the matter with you and to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Important: The products may not have been used in any fashion. Packaging must be in the original state without damage. We retain the right to bill for costs and to deduct these from the repayment of your purchase amount.

Shipping

When you place an order before 15:00 on www.aerobertics.be, you will often receive it the following workday.
