The ALLRock H8 is a high-class crawler in 1:8 scale that impresses with its finest features and outstanding driving characteristics. It is equipped with high-end components, including a brushless controller with intelligent torque management, the settings of which can be programmed using a smartphone app via Bluetooth.
The powerful 3970 brushless motor has a chip-based encoder sensor that is 60 times more precise than conventional Hall sensors in other brushless motors. A metal gear servo with an actuating force of 35 kg ensures precise steering. The 2-speed gearbox with metal gears enables both a powerful crawler mode and fast driving. The built-in lighting system with 140 LEDs offers various lighting modes. Portal axles with differentials that can be individually locked via the remote control increase ground clearance and, thanks to the additional gear ratio, increase the drive to the wheels.
The aluminum oil pressure shock absorbers at the front and rear as well as the stainless steel links guarantee optimal handling of any terrain. The rear axle is suspended via an additional Watt mechanism joint, which allows for even greater axle articulation. All transmission parts and drive shafts are made of metal alloys or steel, while the frame is made of 5 mm CNC-machined aluminum to ensure high torsional rigidity.
The 80A brushless controller uses intelligent torque management to ensure there is always enough power without adjusting the speed to suit inclines. This system detects when more power is required and passes the information on to the motor, which delivers more power without changing the speed. The controller also has a hill descent function that ensures a constant speed when rolling downhill. A sensitive hill brake keeps the crawler in place as soon as the driver lets go of the accelerator.
Thanks to the IP67 water protection, the ALLRock H8 Crawler can be used almost anywhere - from easy terrain to the most demanding passages with difficult obstacles. There are two large battery compartments under the foldable scale body, which is secured magnetically and with a central screw. These allow for optimal weight distribution, depending on the driving situation. A battery compartment above the front axle provides more downforce, while the rear battery compartment increases the weight at the rear. It is also possible to combine two batteries to increase the capacity, resulting in hours of driving time.
The vehicle comes with an 8-channel 2.4GHz remote control system already installed, which still has free channels for additional components such as an optional cable winch. The model is delivered in a robust protective case made of EPP foam, which ensures safe transport. Only a drive battery (2-3S LiPo recommended) and a charger are required to get started.
