Sensor that combines altimeter and vario in one device
Extremely small, light and inexpensive, since no separate radio link is required in comparison to conventional devices. The vario/altitude sensor fits in almost every model fuselage. Data such as flight altitude, rate of climb and descent as well as maximum altitude are displayed directly on your transmitter. The sound output of climbing and sinking can be switched on and off on the transmitter using a freely assignable switch, with the acoustic output of the set alarms remaining active. Not only an instrument for glider pilots to find thermals and thermals, but also for tow pilots. A sound signal can be emitted when a set altitude is reached during aerotow.
